Monthly Subscription for Subscribers
The monthly subscription for subscribers is automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you have selected. The subscribers are automatically provided by our system after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have started a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically every month, and we will deliver the subscribers to your channel without you needing to place a new order!
*Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.
However, please note that the subscription has a minimum term of 3 months, as it is 30% cheaper than individual purchases. This pricing structure is based on a long-term benefit for subscribers and is legally required to prevent circumvention of the regular individual price.
- If you cancel within the first 3 months, the subscription will remain active until the end of the third month.
- After the third month, the subscription can be canceled on a monthly basis. Once you cancel, it will end at the end of the current billing month.
This regulation ensures that the discounted subscription price is not misused and prevents unauthorized circumvention of the regular individual price. Canceling within the first 3 months would constitute an improper use of the discounted pricing model, which is not legally permitted.
You can access the customer portal via the Magic Link you received in the email when you placed your initial subscription order. Alternatively, you can create an account in our shop to manage your subscriptions.
Can I skip or reschedule a payment?
Yes, you can skip or reschedule a payment in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip payment" button that you can use to skip the charge. You can also reschedule the next payment using the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course! You can add, edit, or remove products in your subscription via the customer portal. Simply click on the "Edit" button on the product card in your subscription and adjust your order as you wish.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If your subscription cannot be renewed because the payment has failed, you will receive an email with a secure link. You can use this link to quickly and easily update your payment method.
