The monthly subscriber boost is automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval. The subscribers are provided automatically by our system after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically every month, and we will deliver the subscribers to your channel without you needing to place an order again!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.
The only exception is if you have chosen a subscription that requires a specific number of payments before it can be canceled.
You can access the customer portal via the magic link you received in the email when you placed your initial subscription order. Alternatively, you can create an account in our shop to manage your subscriptions.
Can I skip or reschedule a payment?
Yes, you can skip or reschedule a payment in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip payment" button that you can use to skip the charge. You can also reschedule the next payment using the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course! You can add, edit, or remove products in your subscription via the customer portal. Simply click on the "Edit" button on the product card in your subscription and adjust your order as you wish.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If your subscription cannot be renewed because the payment has failed, you will receive an email with a secure link. You can use this link to quickly and easily update your payment method.
